2. Appointment booking and cancellation
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.
3. Age requirements
- Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo without parental consent.
- For clients under 18, parental consent is required, and proper documentation must be provided.
4. Health and safety
- All equipment used is sterilized according to health and safety regulations.
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies before the session.
- Radical Ink Tattoo Studio is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed health conditions.
5. Pricing and payments
- Pricing is determined during the consultation based on the complexity of the design, size, and placement.
- Payments must be made in full after the service is completed. We accept cash and credit cards.
6. Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for services already rendered will not be provided unless due to studio error.
7. Copyright and artwork
- All designs created by Radical Ink artists remain their intellectual property.
- Clients may not reproduce or distribute the artwork without written permission from the artist.
8. Aftercare and client responsibility
- Aftercare instructions will be provided, and clients are responsible for following them.
- Radical Ink is not responsible for infections or issues resulting from improper aftercare.
9. Limitation of liability
- Radical Ink Tattoo Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or other health issues related to the service.
- Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
